At Indie Silks, we go the extra mile to provide you with the best of products. However, there might be some times, you might feel the need to cancel an order. In such a case, following policy will be applied. Read it carefully so that you do not face any trouble during the experience. 

• Handcrafted merchandize cannot be cancelled since it will lead to a significant loss for the local artisans.
• In a case of cancellation for domestic shipping, please do so before the product is dispatched. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All the cancellations must be done within 24 hours from purchase for international shipping.
• To cancel any product, refer to this link.
• Any stitched and customized product such as a saree with fall cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellations made before the order is dispatched will be 100% eligible for refunds.
