Returns

  • Please ensure that the product to be returned must contain all the tags and is returned in its original packaging.
  • Any customized or specially-stitched product is not be eligible for return since it cannot be sold again.
  • Any return request must be made within 7 days of the product delivery. Returns beyond 7 days are not accepted.
  • Unfortunately, there is no return policy for international customers, except for the cases where the product is defected.
  • Products that are sold during a sale are not eligible for refund.
  • For returns, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer. 

Eligibility For Returns:

  • Orders that are in damaged or defective state
  • Orders that have fitting or size issues
  • Orders that have different designs/color/pattern
  • Orders not liked by the customer 

How To Return?

  • To return an order, you should raise a request by filling the returns form within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
  • Fill the form correctly, while stating the reason for return along with product images.
