- Please ensure that the product to be returned must contain all the tags and is returned in its original packaging.
- Any customized or specially-stitched product is not be eligible for return since it cannot be sold again.
- Any return request must be made within 7 days of the product delivery. Returns beyond 7 days are not accepted.
- Unfortunately, there is no return policy for international customers, except for the cases where the product is defected.
- Products that are sold during a sale are not eligible for refund.
- For returns, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Eligibility For Returns:
- Orders that are in damaged or defective state
- Orders that have fitting or size issues
- Orders that have different designs/color/pattern
- Orders not liked by the customer
How To Return?
- To return an order, you should raise a request by filling the returns form within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
