We accept all the major credit/debits cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, HDFC, ICICI, etc., issued in India. These are applied for EMIs as well. 

  • UPI or BHIM

Customers can also use their UPI Id or BHIM to make purchases on our website. 

  • Net Banking

Net banking with all the major banks like ICICI, SBI, HDFC, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, etc., is available on Indie Silks. 

  • E-wallets

We also support payments via e-wallet apps such as Airtel Money,Paytm and Mobikwik. 

  • PayU India

We also support payments with PayU India via Visa, Master, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Rupay, Airtel Money, Freecharge, Ola Money, Paytm, etc., 

  • Cash On Delivery

Indian customers can also opt for cash on delivery (COD) for the purchase of products for some selected pin codes in India. However, this is not applicable for the international clients. 

  • PayPal

International customers can use PayPal for payments. 

Payment Terms and Policies

  • The above-listed payment options may or may not be changed by Indie Silks in the near future. Currently, no extra fee is charged on the use of website but the company may decide to levy fee on some services. In such an event, the customer would have to make the necessary payments, depending on your consent.

At no point, our representatives or anyone from Indie Silks will ask you to share your Credit Card, Bank Account or net banking details via email or call. We request you to not share any such confidential details with anyone under any circumstances. If such situation arises, Indie Silks will not be liable for any transaction or dispute.
