No, it is not necessary to create an account to place an order. But we would recommend you to register yourself to get exclusive deals and discounts. 

  • How to register for Indie Silks?

To register yourself, click on “Sign Up” button on the Home Page and fill in the details. 

  • I forgot my password. What to do?

Don’t worry. Just click on “Forgot Password” option available on the Login Page. Your email address would be asked for resetting the password. Fill in the details and your new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID. 

  • How to check if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS on your registered ID or contact number. 

  • How to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, go to Cancellations’ page and read the steps and guidelines for the same. 

  • What are the modes of payment on Indie Silks?

  • How many times can I exchange a product?

You can exchange a product only once. 

  • Can international customers return or exchange the product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer return or exchange policy for international customers, except for the cases where the product is defected. 

  • I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

You can first check the status of your order. You will get information about the expected delivery date. 

  • How will I get a refund?

Your refund will be transferred to your bank details within 2-3 days. To know more, check the refund policy. 

  • Is COD available on Indie Silks?

Yes, Cash On Delivery is available for Indian clients. 

  • I placed an order twice. What should I do?

In such a case, just log in to your account on our website and cancel one of the orders. You can also just contact us immediately to cancel your order. A refund will be initiated to your account. 

  • I am an international customer but want the delivery to be in India. How can I do that?

It is quite simple. You just need to enter the Indian address in the delivery address along with a local contact number. 

  • What should I do if I have missed a delivery?

We understand that there would be times when our customers may not be able to take the delivery. In such a case, you can just contact us at support@Indiesilks.com and we will take care of it. 

  • I am planning to buy a saree. Will I get a blouse piece with any option I pick?

Though we try to offer blouse pieces, there are some styles wherein blouse pieces are not available. To confirm that, please refer to the product description. In case the blouse piece is not available, you can purchase a matching one from our website. 

  • Can I get customized dresses?

Yes. Indie Silks offers a number of products ranging from Lehangas, Kurtis, and blouses that can be customized based on customers’ requirements. Please contact us at support@indiesilks.com to inform us about your requirements. 

  • I have submitted the wrong measurements. Can I modify it?

Yes, you can always modify your measurements. However, the request must be made before the product has been sent for stitching. Track your order and if you wish to modify anything, connect with our Customer Care team and we will take care of your order. 

  • Is there a way to find out about the product size, colour, and material?

Yes, we have listed all the products with details product descriptions. From the size and colour to material and washing instruction, you will find almost every little details about the product. There is also a detailed Size chart you can refer to find the perfect size while buying blouses/dresses/kurtis on Indie Silks. 

  • Do you offer margins in products?

Yes, most of our products have margins for future alterations. 

  • Can we ask for alterations in readymade garments?

Most of the times, there is no need for alterations in readymade garments as they are fully stitched based on standard specifications. But if you do wish to have some changes such as change in bust size, hip size, or sleeve size, you can contact us for the same. We will check if the product is eligible for alterations and get back to you with the best solution. 

  • I have ordered the product but now want some customizations. Is it possible?

It depends on the type of product. If the product is eligible for customization and has not been dispatched yet, we can process your request and customize it for you. Connect with us at support@indiesilks.com and we will get back to you with the best solution.
